Beauty and skincare products are not eligible for exchange or return because of hygiene purposes.
If you received a different product than what you ordered please keep it in the original, sealed and unused condition in order for us to process an exchange.
All complaints should be made with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
In order to replace a damaged product, a picture of the damaged product should be send to customer care with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (damaged product) as approved by the company will be processed within 30 working days.
We do allow customers to cancel all unshipped orders at any time for a full refund. Once a product has been shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
