Delivery Policy

Expected delivery time:
For Local:
An order takes 3-5 working days to deliver.
For International:
An order takes 7-10 working days to deliver.
Shipping Charges:
o PKR 200 is charged as courier fee on orders within Pakistan.

o PKR 3200 is charged as courier fee on international orders.
Couriers:
o Within Pakistan: M&P (Pvt) Ltd., Swyft Logistics, Rider1 Logistics, Trax Logistics, PostEx
o International: M&P (Pvt) Ltd., DHL.

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.
